our approach

accessing mental health care can be complicated. elium makes it easier.

step 01:

Call, text, or schedule online to come in for an evaluation. If you prefer virtual services, we provide ongoing individual and couples therapy, as well as evaluations, completely online.

step 02:

At your first appointment on-site, you’ll be greeted by our office manager. You’ll complete a brief intake on an iPad, set up payment, and onboard into our electronic medical record system.

step 03:

You’ll meet with one of our psych professionals for your initial evaluation, which usually lasts 45-60 minutes. We’ll work together to create your comprehensive treatment plan.

step 04:

We’ll send any prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy and schedule your follow-up visit. Follow-ups are usually 15-20 minutes, 1x/month, and can be done virtually or in-person.
